Coverage with a clear plan
Open coastal light feels different from colourful heritage streets or a quiet private setting. Choose one or two complementary moods, then check access and travel time rather than trying to fit every landmark into one session.
Bring outfits you can move in and footwear suited to the route. Think about heat, changing space and keeping the schedule light. Ask about hair and makeup arrangements when enquiring; availability and any additional coordination must be confirmed.
Early and late light can suit outdoor portraits, but weather and crowds matter too. Confirm transport, permissions and a backup setting. Photo selections, retouching, film length and any optional drone footage are specified in your quote.

From brief to delivery
Send your date, venue or preferred setting, schedule and the photographs or films you need. We discuss coverage, crew and practical arrangements, confirm the agreed deliverables, then plan the shoot and editing handover. Availability, travel, access permissions and any optional extras are confirmed before booking.
Before you book
Start with the mood: coastline, heritage streets or a private venue. We discuss suitable options and access; an attractive location is not automatically available for a commercial shoot.
Choose a small number that works with the planned session length. Changing and travel take time, so prioritise comfort and a coherent look.
No. We give direction around movement, light and interaction so the photographs feel natural rather than rehearsed.
Yes, discuss photography and film together before booking. The crew, filming time and final edit depend on the brief.
Agree a weather plan before the date: a covered setting, adjusted timing or another arrangement subject to availability and booking terms.
Do not assume either is included. Ask for them in your enquiry so availability, permissions and cost can be confirmed separately.
