Welcome dinners, mehendi, sangeet and the wedding day each have a different rhythm. Share the full itinerary, including transfers between venues, so we can recommend coverage windows and avoid missing overlapping events.
Discuss candid coverage, family groups, ceremony audio and the film style together. Edited photographs, highlight films, longer edits and albums are agreed in the quote, with delivery timing confirmed before the shoot.

Yes, subject to venue access and outdoor conditions. Your planner or venue should confirm permissions and the rain backup; we plan camera positions and portraits accordingly.
It is an optional discussion, not a guarantee. Flights depend on local permissions, venue approval, weather and safe operating conditions.
Agree a short family list and nominate someone who knows the guests. We set aside time so formal photographs do not take over the celebration.
