Work backwards from the ceremony time and light. An outdoor mandap or aisle needs a plan for sun direction, wind, sound and a sheltered alternative. We coordinate photography positions with the venue and your planner so guests can enjoy the ceremony.
Welcome dinners, mehendi, sangeet and the wedding day each have a different rhythm. Share the full itinerary, including transfers between venues, so we can recommend coverage windows and avoid missing overlapping events.
Discuss candid coverage, family groups, ceremony audio and the film style together. Edited photographs, highlight films, longer edits and albums are agreed in the quote, with delivery timing confirmed before the shoot.

From brief to delivery

We discuss coverage, crew and practical arrangements, confirm the agreed deliverables, then plan the shoot and editing handover. Availability, travel, access permissions and any optional extras are confirmed before booking.

Start with the events you want documented, not a fixed number of days. Send the itinerary so we can identify the essential coverage and any overlapping celebrations.
Yes, subject to venue access and outdoor conditions. Your planner or venue should confirm permissions and the rain backup; we plan camera positions and portraits accordingly.
It is an optional discussion, not a guarantee. Flights depend on local permissions, venue approval, weather and safe operating conditions.
Agree a short family list and nominate someone who knows the guests. We set aside time so formal photographs do not take over the celebration.
