Coverage with a clear plan
A conference recap, recruitment story and internal leadership message need different structures. Agree the audience, key points, approximate runtime and final platforms first, then build the interview prompts and shot list around them.
Interviews need a quiet setting, microphone planning and time for a sound check. Event coverage requires coordination with the production desk. Lighting, branding, access and recording permissions are part of the production brief.
Agree the master edit, social cutdowns, captions, aspect ratios and review rounds in writing. Clear approval ownership helps the edit move forward. Music use, supplied assets and any extra versions should be discussed before delivery.

We discuss coverage, crew and practical arrangements, confirm the agreed deliverables, then plan the shoot and editing handover. Availability, travel, access permissions and any optional extras are confirmed before booking.

Yes. We plan the crew around simultaneous demands so an interview does not leave the main event uncovered.
Ask for vertical or square cutdowns at the brief stage. Framing and edit structure may differ from a widescreen master.
Bring your key messages and any approved wording. We discuss the level of planning and interview guidance required rather than assuming a full scripting service.
The quote should state review rounds, the approval contact and delivery dates. Additional versions or changes to the brief can affect timing and cost.
